Square One has long been a staple of the arts culture in Lancaster City. Already known for its square yellow mark, RSD was called in to help revitalize the typography and bring consistency to the brand. Updating the logo was a key step in the process. Square One needed a sophisticated and elegant solution, but one that was casual enough to remain friendly and approachable. Hoefler & Frere-Jones’ Gotham was the perfect choice.
